1 Will this badge fit my car?
All badges we supply have the size stated to the nearest mm on their said description. If you plan to use the badge as a replacement for your original manufacturer badge then we strongly suggest that you measure your original badge and/or badge recess to ensure that the aftermarket badges we supply with fit your car.
2 How long will it take to arrive?
All items are shipped within 24 (weekdays only) or one working day of receiving CLEARED PAYMENT. Items are sent to the UK using 1st class mail and should arrive within 3 days of dispatch. International mail can take up to 30 days depending on your location. All international mail is sent with airmail. We are based in the UK and all our items are dispatched from the UK. At the time of dispatch you will be emailed a shipping confirmed email. Please be aware that although we make every effort to ensure shipping your order in a timely manner, ultimately we are at the mercy of Royal Mail so delivery times can vary depending on Royal Mail.
3 What payment methods do you accept?
Any major credit or debit cards are accepted and processed by NOCHEX secure server. NOCHEX is a very easy payment gateway, it does not require you to register and is a very secure system. Your card details are NOT processed, seen, or held by anyone at YourBadges, when paying with a Credit or Debit Card on checkout you are passed over to the NOCHEX secure website. For more traditional payment methods we also accept Cheques or Postal Orders (payable in GBP ONLY) or cash (sent at buyers risk). For international buyers please be aware we DO NOT accept bank transfers or western union payments. All Payments must be made in GBP only.
4 Will this badge Rust?
NO!! - All badges sold are made from HARD ENAMEL (unless otherwise stated), they have 0% iron content and will NOT rust. - this can be tested when you receive you badge and place a magnet near it - it will NOT stick hence 0% iron content.
5 Do you combine shipping cost?
YES! – no matter how many badges you order postage is fixed at only 99p for Royal Mail post in the UK and £2.50 for Royal Mail Airmail, for all other global locations.
6 Do you ship to my country?
YES! - We ship worldwide, all international packets are sent with Royal Mail.
7 My item has not arrived, what do I do?
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 14 days please contact us and we will start an investigation with royal mail.
8 Can you make custom designs?
Yes but only in larger quantities. If you require a small number and if your custom design has universal appeal then we may still consider it so please email with more information.
9 My question is not answered in your FAQ what should I do?

10 I sent an email but got no reply, why?
We reply to all questions direct to your email, we will endeavour to reply to your mail within 24 hours, if you have not received a reply within this time please check junk mail folders, as often our reply mail is marked as spam - This is common with Hotmail and Yahoo clients.

Refunds are given at the discretion of the company and exclude any postal costs incurred. After 14 days of purchase no refunds will be given.
